Q: What size shirt should I order?

A: We print on Bella + Canvas t-shirts, so please be sure to check out our Shirt Sizing information.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: You’ll pay for your purchase(s) via PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or not! Either sign into your PayPal account or, if you don’t have a PayPal account and would like to pay using your credit card, simply select "Pay as a Guest." (Please note this option is for people who live in the U.S. only.) All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your financial information. Q: How long does it take to have my order delivered?

A: The timing of when your order will arrive depends on where you live. It generally takes about 2-7 business days to process your order and have it printed. We ship from Los Angeles, so shipping will take anywhere from a couple of days to a week more to deliver. Total time from when you place your order through to when you receive it will be anywhere from a week to three weeks if you live within the U.S. International orders will take longer. 

Q: How do I know that my order has been successfully shipped? Can I track my package?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a tracking number and a link where you can follow up on the status of your order. (NOTE: It can take up to 48 hours for the USPS tracking number to appear in their system, so check back if you don’t see it immediately.)

Q: Are there any special washing instructions?

A: It’s best if you wash our clothing items inside-out in cold water with like colors. Do not iron over the designs. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results. There are washing instructions printed on each garment’s label, so check it out!

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: If you receive a product that’s flawed or otherwise damaged, please contact customer service (CustomerService at fmiyinteractive dot com) within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to replace the item or issue you a refund. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If your product was damaged during shipment, please provide photos in the email so that we can best help you figure out next steps. We do reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not received in the condition outlined above. Also, if you chose an incorrect size or changed your mind post-purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or replace the item. Finally, we will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
